2-2.30pm a small, seated class for people with considerable balance problems

2.30-3.20pm more advanced Tai Chi for Health: Tai Chi for Balance and Mobility, Tai Chi for Osteoporosis et al

3.30-4pm a mostly seated class for people living with Parkinsons Disease Syndrome.

4-4.45pm Intermediate Tai Chi for Health: Tai Chi for Balance and Mobility.
